Apple did release the iPad tablet – details here: http://apple.com/ipad – and I got a few things right and wrong:

Got wrong
- Storage was smaller than I expected starting at 16GB
- No built-in camera which is a huge surprise considering all their other products have cameras

Got right
- External keyboard support
- Tablet SDK and invite for devs to have apps ready for launch
- No mention of iPhone or Verizon

Surprises
The pricing started less than I expected, but I’m surprised there is no subsidized price yet. That might come with launch.
