		<description><![CDATA[I agree with that. A good team achieves much more than a mediocre team, even when the latter is taken by the hand with a strict process. Search for talented team members, try to set up a great working environment and then get out of their way :-)

I would add one more rule:

5. Try to hire different kinds of talent, so you get a really diverse team. Some team members are optimists, some pessimists. Some are great coders, others great communicators. Some see the details, some the big system. Doing this you get a well-balanced team with different viewpoints and different ways of thinking.]]></description>
